OVERVIEW: The Game Vision Basketball Sweepstakes, comprises a series of separate monthly sweepstakes promotions (each a “Sweepstakes”). Each monthly Sweepstakes is separate. Entry in one month is not entry for any other month. These Official Rules apply to each separate monthly Sweepstakes promotion. Details on the exact dates for any monthly Sweepstakes promotion, and the prizes available in that monthly Sweepstakes promotion, will be listed at the start of the applicable month on the sweepstakes page in the App and on the Sweepstakes page at www.cp3app.com/sweepstakes/prizes (each, the “Sweepstakes Page”). Be sure to check back regularly at the Sweepstakes Page to see what is being offered at any given time in any given monthly Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between the terms of these Official Rules and the End User License Agreement for the App (as defined below), these Official Rules shall govern.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom, 13 years of age or older, may enter. Not open to employees, officers or directors -- or to members of the immediate family or household of any of the foregoing -- of Eyekon E.R.D. Ltd.(“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void in Quebec and where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Each monthly Sweepstakes Period generally will correspond to calendar month, beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. on the first day of the month, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the month, though the exact start/end dates for any month may vary and will be listed in each case on the Sweepstakes Page (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All times are measured by Coordinated Universal Time (“UTC”) , which sometimes is also known as GMT, and is generally the time in London, England. Visit the Sweepstakes Page to see the exact dates and details for the Sweepstakes available during any month. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter any month’s Sweepstakes.
A. Free Basic Entry. Simply download the Game Vision by Chris Paul App (the “App”), available for free in the App Store or Google Play, and follow the instructions in the App to “Join.” the Sweepstakes. Installing the App entitles you to one (1) “token” valid for one (1) entry (“Basic Entry”) into the then-current monthly Sweepstakes as well as each subsequent month when a monthly Sweepstakes is offered (there is no guarantee that a Sweepstakes will be offered every month). However, a token doesn’t convert into an actual entry in the applicable monthly Sweepstakes unless and until you complete the “join,” process during the Sweepstakes Monthly Period for that month’s drawing. The “join,” process must be repeated each month to keep joining a new month’s Sweepstakes. In other words, just by downloading the App, you start to earn a token for each month’s Sweepstakes, but those tokens won’t convert into Sweepstakes entries unless/until you also “join,” the Sweepstakes by following the instructions in the App during the Sweepstakes Monthly Period for any month’s drawing. Limit one Basic Entry per person per monthly drawing. NOTE: When you first install the App, an account is created for you automatically; the account is cost-free unless you choose the option to upgrade to a “ premium account,”. Tokens earned via the App count the same toward Sweepstakes entries, regardless which type of account you have. Remember, you must complete the “join,” process after installation is complete to participate in your first monthly Sweepstakes, and you must repeat the “join,&rdquo process each month thereafter to keep entering in later Sweepstakes offerings.
B. Bonus Entries Using the App: Complete one (1) level in the App with a 3- star score to earn one (1) token which is valid for one (1) additional entry (“Bonus Entry”) into the then-current monthly Sweepstakes, if any. A Bonus Entry earned during a given Sweepstakes Monthly Period is not valid for entry during any other Sweepstakes Monthly Period. You will not earn an additional token or entry for completing the same level more than one time.
C. Bonus Entries Using the Entry Form at the Website: Visit www.cp3app.com/sweepstakes (the "Website") and complete the online entry form with all requested information. The entry form also can be located by clicking on the “Sweepstakes” link at the bottom of the home page at www.cp3app.com. Each time you complete the form, you earn one token/Bonus Entry valid for the then-current Sweepstakes Monthly Period in the same manner as described above for Bonus Entries earned using the App.
Limit 300 Bonus Entries per person and per account, per Sweepstakes Monthly Period, regardless of method of earning the Bonus Entries. By participating in any monthly Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All entries for any Sweepstakes Monthly Period must be received during that Sweepstakes Monthly Period. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Any attempt to enter more than the allowed number of times using multiple email address, multiple accounts, or any other means may result in disqualification. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Each month’s Sweepstakes drawing will be from among the eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Monthly Period for that drawing per the “How to Enter” rule above, and will occur within approximately 3 days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Monthly Period as listed on the Sweepstakes Page. Each potential winner will be notified using the email address furnished either on the “join” page in the App, or when using the online entry from at the Website. The notification will include instructions how to contact Sponsor to provide name, address or other information that may be necessary to complete validation of eligibility and delivery of prize. If a potential winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to the potential winner's parent or legal guardian, who must also execute all documents on behalf of the minor. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS: The prizes available for any Sweepstakes Monthly Period will be listed on the Sweepstakes Page, along with the specific dates and other details for the applicable month’s Sweepstakes. Be sure to check back each month to see what is being offered at any given time.
Meet-and-greet prize details: For any prize offering an opportunity to meet Chris Paul, the following details apply: Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor; hotel accommodation for one night in standard room, double-occupancy, as selected by Sponsor; an official game jersey signed by Chris Paul; plus a meet-and-greet opportunity with Chris Paul for approximately two (2) minutes at some point during the scheduled trip (exact time and location in Sponsor’s discretion). If the meet-and-greet takes place at/or around the time of a professional basketball game in which Chris Paul is scheduled to play, then two tickets to that game may also be included. If winner cannot attend any event on the date(s) specified in the prize description (or as otherwise specified by Sponsor), prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Actual value may vary depending on departure city and destination cities, dates of travel, and fluctuations in airfares. If winner lives within 200 miles of the destination city ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air travel. Any difference between actual value and advertised value will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all additional meals, beverages, transportation or other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. Major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and travel companion must have all necessary photo ID, passports, or other documents required for air travel, and must travel on the same itinerary. Winner’s travel companion, if any, will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to ticketing. Any winner or other person taking part in the trip who is a minor under the laws of his/her place of residence must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who also must execute all documents on behalf of the minor. All dates are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation of any events or unavailability of Chris Paul or other circumstances beyond sponsor’s control; in the event of such cancellation or unavailability after travel has been booked, the remainder of the trip will be awarded as the complete prize.
General Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed,except in Sponsor’s discretion. A substitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if any prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Monthly Period for that drawing. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for delivery or arrangement for delivery of prize. Potential winner (a) is responsible for any taxes due as a result of acceptance of the prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize, and (b) may be required to execute an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release. If any eligible potential winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his/her place of residence, any required documents must be signed by parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, as well as Chris Paul ("Released Entities"), from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in any Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, and you agree that Released Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules; you further agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved via arbitration, individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the applicable Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (iv) any dispute will be governed by the internal laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and, if not resolved by arbitration as agreed above, will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York City, and the entrant hereby consents and waives any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.
ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any monthly Sweepstakes, or any individual drawing(s), if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or such drawing(s), in which case Sponsor will attempt, if possible, to award the prize among the eligible entries received that were not affected by the problem.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, any online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account provided to Eyekon E.R.D LTD at the time of entry and/or joining, provided such account holder must still meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
WINNER LIST: For the name(s) of the prize winner(s) in any month’s Sweepstakes, available approximately two weeks after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Monthly Period, send an email request to [email protected]. Be sure to specify the month of the drawing you are requesting. All such requests must be received within 60 days after the applicable month.

APPLE/GOOGLE: Neither Apple nor Google is a Sponsor of, or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes.

FOR CANADA RESIDENTS: Any potential winner from Canada must answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use and disclosure.
FOR UK RESIDENTS: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sweepstakes Entities for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sweepstakes Entities. Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use and disclosure.
